Wayne Chandler has been serving the Bloomington Community for over 20 years. After attending IU, he started his first business downtown in 2007 in music education. In 2010 he founded Rewind Records which today is in the Fountain Square Mall.
He began his career in Parking Management in 2018 by bringing Flexepark to Bloomington. Flexepark is a local parking company that helps lot owners offer their parking to the public outside of normal business hours, increasing available parking downtown and decreasing towing.
